Benefits of Garlic, ginger and turmeric

Garlic, ginger and turmeric increase immunity, they all have antiviral and antibacterial properties.




Ginger has anti-bacterial properties, it works to protect the body from allergies and infections and empowers the body to fight against diseases.
Ginger is very effective for colds, Drinking ginger tea (ginger, cardamom, black pepper, basil leaves) is very beneficial in cold.

By eating garlic, you can avoid cold and cough , it has antibiotic and antifungal properties. It helps in protecting our body from these diseases caused by flu.
Eat 2–3 garlic daily on an empty stomach and drink water, you can also roast it lightly and eat it.

Turmeric is also rich in protein, vitamin A, carbohydrates and minerals in addition to antiseptic, anti-oxidant, anti-fungal and due to which turmeric use also protects us from serious diseases like colds, coughs and cancer and keep healthy. 
One spoon of turmeric mixed with hot milk should be drunk every night.
