How to improve digestive system, Ayurvedic medicine for acidity and constipation

Nowadays most of the people are upset with stomach problem, most of the people don't feel hungry, someone have gastric problem and someone have digestive problem. If your stomach is not clean properly in the morning, then you are troubled throughout the day and the problem of not having a clean stomach becomes a big problem and gives birth to many diseases, so everyone should be very concious about your stomach. Should be so that future diseases can be avoided.

Let's know some ways to keep the stomach clean ...


1 - Triphala Churna
Triphala churna is a mix of amla (Indian gooseberry) powder with two other fruits that are bibhitaki known as terminalia bellirica or bahera - and hartaki also known as harad to create Triphala.
Triphala powder is a very useful medicine for the stomach, generally people know Triphala as a preventive constipation. But apart from this, there are many benefits of consuming it. If you have any stomach related problem, then the consumption of Triphala powder will be very beneficial for you. Apart from stomach, eating it gives relief in many diseases. Doctors also advise that some people should not consume Triphala without medical advice.
Triphala powder increases resistance power of the body to fight from disease.

2 - Amla (Gooseberry) 
The powder of amla is also very beneficial for the stomach, by consuming one teaspoon of amla powder with water, the toxic elements of the body come out, which keeps the stomach healthy.

4 - Include fiber-rich foods such as sprouted gram etc. in your food.


5 - Wake up in the morning and drink 2 glass water on an empty stomach. 


6 - Pizza Burger Chole Bhature etc. are not good for body so avoid it. 


7 - Do Yoga, pranayam and exercise daily atleast 1/2 an hour.
