Home remedies for injury, sprain, swelling

It has often been seen that if someone gets hurt, he does not pay attention until he feels pain but no one should ignore it, some people eat pen killer when there is pain but pen killer can not  be permanent solution because if there is no proper treatment for the bone injury, then the pain of this injury starts again after some time and it will always be painful, so it is very important to treat it on priority. 

1-Heat (Therapy)
Heat therapy is a remedy that every person must do in injury sprain, it does not allow the clotting of the blood at the place of injury and repairs the damage to the muscles, so do heat therapy 10-15 minutes three times a day with cloth Or other heat therapy method for 4-5 days, this will give you 100℅ benefits.

Method of heat therapy- Burn a fire ( room heater or gas) and take a cloth of cotton, allow the cloth to light heat after heating the clothe put it on affected injured body part and heat the same, when the cloth cools down again Heat it again and let it heat again and do the same process for 10-15 minutes.

You can also use any other heat therapy.

2-By turmeric & limestone paste

Take two spoons turmeric and limestone (limestone must be equal to the 1 peas)take it in a bowl, add a little water and mix it with the help of a spoon and make it like a paste and make the paste a little lukewarm on the fire and Apply the paste on the place of injured body parts. 
If the injury is less then apply for 5 days and if the injury is sprained, apply it for 8-10 days.

Now-a-days anyone likes to eat the pill immediately if anything happens but they do not know about the harm of allopathic medicine, so people easily consume allopathic medicine for fast relief.
It my suggestion to everyone l take allopathic medicine in only critical cases.
